Report a programme, an organiser or a concern

• A programme or a person asking you to pay — to apply, to be shortlisted, or for a certificate. This is never allowed.
• An organiser behaving unprofessionally, or a programme that is not what it said it was.
• Anything that makes you feel unsafe, or a concern about the safety of a young person.
• Details on a programme page that are wrong or out of date.

A report about payment or safety is looked at before anything else. We may suspend a programme or an organiser while we look into it. We will not share who reported something with the organiser concerned.
